Delete Your Redoz Account

How to request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Redoz account by sending an email to:

deoramanish32@gmail.com

Please send the email from the email address associated with your Redoz account and use the following subject line:

Redoz Account Deletion Request

Include the following information in your message:

  • Your Redoz account email address
  • Your full name as shown on your Redoz profile

What will be deleted

After a valid deletion request is processed, Redoz will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including:

  • Account and profile information
  • Name and email address associated with the account
  • Profile details, such as role, location, skills, and bio
  • User-generated project information associated with the account, where technically applicable
  • Messages and uploaded content associated with the account, where technically applicable

What may be retained

Some information may be retained when required or permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate operational purposes.

Information retained for these purposes will be kept only for the period reasonably necessary to fulfill those purposes, after which it will be deleted or anonymized.

Processing time

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period after the request is verified. We may contact you if we need additional information to confirm your identity or process your request.

Important information

Deleting your Redoz account is permanent and cannot normally be undone. Once deletion is completed, you will lose access to your projects, teams, messages, and any other content associated with your account.
